I’ve never made a casserole, never mind focusing on a keto casserole, until recently.

Now I’m in love! The casserole is the perfect answer to yesterday’s left overs.

I could tell you that you can pretty much make a casserole out of anything, and even still going through casserole recipes I get new ideas.

Then I found out you can do casseroles in a slow cooker!

Ok, I realize that might be obvious for most people, since the definition of casserole is something that is cooked slowly in an oven.

But I had no idea.

The best thing about keto casseroles is that you can create some amazing substitutes/alternatives to higher carb foods. Like Pizza!
