When I was little my mom signed me up for gymnastics, then one day I cried and said I didn’t want to go, so she said ok, I didn’t have to go.
I wish she had of made me go! lol The ability to have enough strength to handle your own body is very hot and empowering.
I can’t wait to start this arm challenge.
The great thing about having a fitness or strength goal, means that you are not focusing on losing weight.
